By purchasing “What VCs Won’t Say" Online Course you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clarence Bethea is NOT accepting pitches as an investor. Clarence’s information on these channels are educational only. Any advice offered or views shared do not represent investment advice from or views of any institutional investor.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases of the What VCs Won't Say online course are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits except where required by applicable law.

You are purchasing immediate access to digital content.
You are responsible for using the tools, resources, and materials provided through your course access.
You have had the opportunity to ask questions before completing your purchase.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact What VCs Won’t Say first so we may investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to challenge any chargeback or payment dispute that we believe is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms and to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

5. Use of Platform

By purchasing, you are granted access to the software and training library for your personal or business use only.

You may not:

Share, transfer, or sublicense your login credentials
Resell, republish, or distribute any platform materials
Use the tool for commercial use on behalf of other businesses

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Billing and Payment

The course is purchased through a one-time payment.
There are no recurring subscription fees or automatic renewals.
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Prices are subject to change for future purchases but will not affect existing purchases.
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law, all purchases are final and subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

The What VCs Won’t Say course is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees or automatic renewals. Accordingly, there is no cancellation process, and all purchases are subject to the No Refund Policy.

By purchasing a 1:1 Coaching Session with Clarence Bethea you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clarence Bethea is NOT accepting pitches on clarencebethea.com on behalf of True Ventures. Do not purchase to pitch your company. Clarence’s information during this session is educational only. Any advice offered or views shared do not represent investment advice from or views of True Ventures.

2. This is for a single 55-minute video session via Zoom with Clarence Bethea.

Clarence will help you:

Strengthen your pitch and delivery
Review and refine your investor deck
Build soft skills that earn trust in the room
Prepare for investor meetings with clarity and confidence

3. No Refund Policy

All Coaching purchases of are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

You have reviewed the product and understand what’s included
You are purchasing one 55-minute video call with Clarence Bethea
You are responsible for showing up on time, coming prepared with questions, bringing items to review and any other content needed for the meeting.
You waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute

If a chargeback is attempted, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and pursue legal remedies, including reporting to payment processors for fraud prevention.
